Lone Star Awards Celebrates Another Year of Multifamily Excellence!
FWAA members converged at River Ranch Stockyards on January 29 for another year of celebrating excellence in the multifamily industry. Attendees witnessed a meaningful changing of the guard as FWAA leadership passed the torch, honoring the leadership teams of both outgoing President Sarah Turner and incoming President April Royal.
The evening recognized two Members of the Year, one Jerry Earnhardt Award recipient, and 17 Lone Star Award winners. In addition to the awards program, FWAA also acknowledged the service of both outgoing and incoming members of the Board of Directors.
The event was presented by Stowe’s Plumbing and HVAC, along with a strong lineup of sponsors who helped make the night possible. Award sponsors included Camp Facility Services, Capital Tow, Chadwell Supply, Lone Star Apartment Services, Maintenance Supply Solutions, Norman Roofing and Construction, Redi Carpet, Renova One, Texas Southwest Floors, The Liberty Group, Valet Living, Xalted Construction, and Zumper. This year’s awards program featured more than 150 nominees, ultimately narrowed down to 17 winners—one in each award category.
The Lone Star Awards will return in 2027 for another spectacular celebration of this incredible industry.
