Membership Information

Founded in 1967, FWAA emerged from a small but visionary group of multi-housing owners and managers, united to advocate for their interests in government industry regulation.

The Fort Worth Apartment Association now serves nine counties and supports over 250,000 rental units in the multifamily industry. For more than 50 years, it has provided management services that benefit employees, residents, and small business owners in the Fort Worth area. Recognized statewide and nationally as an industry leader, FWAA offers exceptional professional education, effective advocacy, clear communication channels, and unique business networking opportunities. The vision for the future remains simple: to inspire the marketplace it represents.
