Unlock the Hidden Leader!

Our Leadership Book Series is back for its second year—and after a sold-out inaugural series, you’ll want to grab your seat early!

Join lead facilitator Joey Vielma for a high-energy, interactive three-part leadership experience featuring Unlock the Hidden Leader: Become the Leader You Were Destined to Be by Gifford Thomas.

Together, we’ll explore what leadership looks like beyond a title—focusing on Influence Over Authority, Inspiring Growth, Humility, and Communication. More importantly, you’ll walk away with practical strategies to foster collaboration, create safe spaces, encourage continuous improvement, and strengthen your influence as a leader.

Joey brings his signature energy, authenticity, and passion for helping others find their path and recognize the leader already within them.

October 22 | November 19 | December 17

Your tuition includes all three sessions, the book, and course materials.
