Rani Clark, CAS

Rani Clark brings nearly 30 years of multifamily industry experience, with a career built on relationships, service, and a genuine passion for the people who make our industry special.

Rani began her career onsite in property management in 1996, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges property teams face every day. She later transitioned to the supplier side of the industry, where she spent more than 17 years in sales and leadership, developing lasting client partnerships and helping drive significant business growth.

Today, Rani serves as Director of Client Partnerships for SRT - Service Response Team, where she focuses on strengthening customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding SRT’s presence within the multifamily community.

Throughout her career, Rani has remained actively involved in the apartment association and believes strongly in giving back to an industry that has given her so much. She is known for her relationship-first approach, integrity, dependability, and commitment to serving both clients and colleagues.
