Professional Bio
I serve as Chair of Membership for the Fort Worth Apartment Association and remain actively engaged nationally in the multifamily community while being based in DFW. I support my local chambers and nonprofit organizations. My professional network reflects a career built on long-term industry relationships and consistent performance.
I am Director of Business Development with Excel Construction Group / Quick Roofing and serve as a contractor and supplier partner to multifamily ownership and asset management teams. With 17 years of experience across onsite operations, new construction communities, and complex capital and restoration projects, I bring a practical understanding of how construction decisions affect daily operations, financial performance, and long-term asset value.
My work often involves storm recovery, insurance-related projects, and compliance-driven replacements that require coordination between ownership, lenders, property teams, and contractors. In these situations, clarity and follow-through are essential. I focus on helping teams understand their options, reduce uncertainty, and move forward with informed decisions.
I approach projects as connected systems of people, process, and outcomes rather than isolated scopes of work. By emphasizing communication, documentation, and alignment, I help lower risk and increase predictability.
At the core of my work is service to the multifamily community and the people who support it. My goal is to protect asset performance, strengthen partnerships, and be someone owners and teams trust to guide complex projects with confidence.
If you’re navigating a complex project or planning ahead, I’m always open to a conversation.
